How to order:
1. On the Product Page, select your desired size (if applicable; if not, skip to Step 2).

3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to your cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Pay and Place Order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Worn-out prongs and clasps can lead to stone loss or even the loss of an entire piece.

How to ensure your 18k gold jewelry lasts forever
Your jewelry is designed to withstand the normal rigors of modern life, but keep in mind that they are still made from precious metals and delicate stones, so a bit of TLC wouldn’t go astray. While our 18k gold can be worn all day, everyday, try to minimize exposure to cleaning agents, beauty products, water and chemicals.
How to clean 18k gold jewelry
Mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water. One piece at a time, soak your jewelry and the use a very soft brush to lightly clean each piece. Rinse with care (and don’t drop it down the drain – learn from our experience)! Finally, lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
How to store 18k gold jewelry
Always store your 18k in a dry area, like your Aurate travel pouch, to prevent exposure to the elements. Don’t keep it stored for too long though – it was made to be worn!
Why is my 18k gold so… yellow? And where does it come from?
Don’t fret! 18k will have a deeper yellow hue because it contains a higher percentage of gold in the mixture. It’s also worth noting that we only use recycled gold in our jewelry, which means no new gold is mined and we only use gold that is already cycling in the gold market. Real and sustainable? You’ve hit the jackpot.

Crafted exclusively from sterling silver, one of the most radiant and precious of metals, our silver pieces may require occasional cleaning to maintain their allure. With proper care, your silver will retain its character and beauty for generations to come.
The First Rule of Silver Care
Sterling silver tarnishes over time, particularly when exposed to salt air and sulfur-containing products. However, regular wear minimizes the need for care, so we encourage you to enjoy your silver jewelry daily.
General Silver Care
Using a small amount of Dulchi Bliss's silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently polish the silver several times, then rinse it thoroughly in warm water and dry carefully to remove tarnish and restore its brilliance. Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.
Special Considerations
Exercise caution with an oxidized finish, as overzealous cleaning may remove the deliberate blackening meant to accentuate decorative details.
Storing Silver
After cleaning and polishing, silver should be stored dry and properly. Our Tiffany Blue® flannel bags provide protection from abrasion and offer tarnish prevention. Pacific cloth bags are equally effective in preventing tarnish.
Gold and Platinum Jewelry
In between professional servicing, most gold and platinum jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Regularly inspect your jewelry to ensure settings are secure and clasps are snug.
Avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach, as it can cause discoloration and deterioration.
Jewelry storage is crucial. Upon purchase, all Dulchi Bliss jewelry is carefully wrapped in protective packaging. Between wearings, we recommend storing it in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.
Gemstone Jewelry
While all jewelry requires basic precautions, certain gemstones necessitate special care. Protect your jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and abrasive materials, as even the toughest gemstones can chip or scratch. Delicate stones like pearls, opals, and emeralds require particular attention to avoid damage from extreme temperatures, cosmetics, and household chemicals.
To clean diamonds, use a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush.
For pearls worn frequently, professional cleaning and restringing are recommended annually. In between, gently wipe pearls with a damp cloth to maintain their luster.
